I'd also dare readers to tweak the question to ask themselves “How are we treating our clients right now?" for the same reason -- now's the time to connect with clients and let them know you value them. Listen to their concerns and who knows, at best you may hit upon a new product or service they're craving which creates increased revenue for you.
