I&#039;d also dare readers to tweak the question to ask themselves “How are we treating our clients right now?&quot; for the same reason -- now&#039;s the time to connect with clients and let them know you value them.

Listen to their concerns and who knows, at best you may hit upon a new product or service they&#039;re craving which creates increased revenue for you.  At worst, you&#039;ve let them know you care and appreciate their spending their money and energy with you.

These seem like pretty good deals to me.
