Thanks for your thoughts, your comments remind me of our dear friend Laura Whitworth (who’s birthday is today) who often said, “‘No, not that,’ is often just as powerful as ‘yes, that’.”

And on the flip side of that, I think not a day goes by where I don’t hear/feel her pointing to “A little less talk, a little more action” by Elvis…I guess the mastery in leadership is in knowing when to take action – and move forward implementing quickly, and when NOT to take action.

I’ve heard it said another way: “the universe love speed.”

Not always the case of course, because sometimes “not doing” is the right path.

But there is much to be said for deciding and going with full energy to get “it” done. And your intuition about “a week” feels useful. Things/implementation strategies can get stale really fast.
