Thanks for your thoughts, your comments remind me of our dear friend Laura Whitworth (who&#039;s birthday is today) who often said, &quot;&#039;No, not that,&#039; is often just as powerful as &#039;yes, that&#039;.&quot; 

And on the flip side of that, I think not a day goes by where I don&#039;t hear/feel her pointing to &quot;A little less talk, a little more action&quot; by Elvis...I guess the mastery in leadership is in knowing when to take action - and move forward implementing quickly, and when NOT to take action.
