Lack of presence, personal awareness, and awareness of impact on others are common saboteurs of effective and positive leadership. I see it every day and it’s a huge part of my work with clients. Awareness is KEY. And it’s easier than you might think – you just have to learn some of the basics and get going.

Over the years I’ve found core themes with clients that are essential to address in personal and team leadership. Regardless of if they’re leading a small business, a one-man shop, or a large organization, these themes are universal.
