The first stop is a 90-minute exploration call. We can work on anything you wish: business, leadership, presence, relationships, a book project, your leadership team and succession strategy, where you're out of alignment, the real impact you want to have with your life. Anything goes.
The first session is $1,500. If we move into a bigger engagement afterward, I apply a portion of your initial investment to that program. This honors us both.

Reserve your 90 minute session with me. This is required whether you are looking for work for yourself or you think your team needs this. We start with you and me. (This is a great thing. I promise.)

Pre-work + calendar link
Within 24 business hours, I will send you my calendar and light pre-work so you can prepare and I can get familiar with you. (I can generally get you on the calendar within a week. If your timing is urgent, please send me a note.)

90 focused minutes on whatever matters most. This process is locked in, and it works — please only proceed if you're ready to roll.
Built around you.
Each engagement is co-created to match your leadership style, context, challenges, and goals. The structure flexes; the foundation stays consistent — the IEP Method® and sustainable transformation over temporary performance bumps.
- An in-person kickoff deep dive to set direction, priorities, and success markers
- Formal sessions every other week or monthly (50–90 minutes)
- Between-session support via Voxer, text, or email for real-time input when decisions land
- Minimum 3-month engagement, with the option to extend
- Each engagement is bespoke to meet you where you're at.

Private work begins with you: how you show up, lead, and make decisions. When it becomes clear your team or organization would benefit too, we extend the work through team advisory, leadership-team intensives, and scalable IEP Method® coaching and training.
